Breakthrough Results Guaranteed

Too many athletes go through their careers with limitations, weaknesses and imbalances. The solutions means better and longer careers. Make the most of your athletic career, you only have one!

If you would like to bring your team to RPM please contact me for more info.

Regular adherence to the principles of structural balance allows players to reach new levels of speed, strength, power, flexibility and athleticism at an unprecedented level while minimizing their chances of being acutely injured in short-term or developing degenerative injuries in the long-term.

The use of proper structural balance training will allow athletes to reach their athletic potential and correct postural defects while gaining an education in high-level functioning of the human musculoskeletal system and becoming best-prepared for a healthy, productive life.

RPM’s training guarantees improvement in the following areas:

· Strength and Power development

· Speed, Agility, Quickness training

· Flexibility Improvement

· Injury Prevention and Correction

· Mental/Mindset preparation

Each athlete will be provided with fitness testing and individual structural assessments at the outset of the summer training. Follow-up assessments will be made throughout the training program. Every player will be monitored to ensure they are consistently developing elite levels of speed, strength, power, flexibility and postural health.

Hockey Program

My daughters Bantam AAA hockey team trained with Kailee Ryan at RPM training for 2 years- the hockey tailored programs were super beneficial to the organization. When the season was over the girls enjoyed the training but more so the way Kailee was able to connect with the girls that made them continue with RPM in the off season. Kailee brings such a large personal component to her training and cares about each one of them as individuals and focuses on not only being better athletes but better all -around individuals.

My son played POE hockey and had asked me to go to a personal trainer outside the academy to get ready for his spring camps and his upcoming year or Junior A hockey. Kailee brought him to a place physically where he was structurally balanced which helped him repair old injuries and stay injury free for his season ahead. She also helped him prepare mentally for his first time far from home. When he was 2 months into his season he said the thing he misses most is working out with Kailee. That is a huge testament after having had so many trainers through his sports teams and his academy. Thanks for all you do Kailee!

My son Ethan was a 16 year old hockey player with a knee injury that needed surgery. Kailee was recommended to us from the trainer of a WHL team.  She is extremely knowledgeable and informative and we saw improvements immediately. Kailee worked with Ethan for the next 6 months and got him exactly where he needed to be to head back into main camp for the Lethbridge Hurricanes.  He was physically and mentally prepared, something I feel without Kailee’s help would not have been possible.

Her drive, knowledge, and skill in this field is extensive.
My other son Ben also works with Kailee, training for U16’s and his first WHL camp.  Ethan and Ben will both be training with kailee for another summer season.

I’ve used other Strength and Conditioning hockey programs in the past for both my kids development. RPM is on another level! Kailee is very concise and completes a full assessment knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the athlete instantly. RPM’s revolutionary and hockey-tailored strength, conditioning, nutrition and stretching protocol has athletes attending from all over the interior.

Kailee Ryan and RPM fitness have inspired my daughter to be determined to reach her full potential both on and off the field. Kailee is truly an inspiration to young athletes and her ability to instill inner strength and drive in a fun atmosphere is exceptional!

– Crystal Kolodziej

Kailee has taught me what it takes to be the best athlete and that I can achieve anything if I set my mind to it. She is an inspiration to me and pushes me to my limit. Training with RPM Fitness has shown me that hard work does pay off.

– Sierra Kolodziej – TOFC

I have been training with Kailee for 3 years. Kailee pushes me to be an athlete that I am reluctant to say I could be. She is a true role model, and someone that I look up to on a day to day basis. Her passion for what she does is truly amazing and makes training that much more enjoyable. RPM’s training focuses on Strength and Conditioning, Speed, Agility, Explosive Training and Structural Balance Each session is instructed with the highest level of professionalism and brings out the highest standards of behaviour and performance from ALL athletes. An Outstanding Trainer!

– Morgan Asling – TOFC

Kailee Ryan is an amazing trainer and an excellent role model for female athletes.  Much of my daughter’s success in soccer and ringette is due to time spent with Kailee.  Morgan’s commitment to fitness and nutrition is a gift that will last her a life time!! I can’t thank you enough for your passion, desire and commitment to my daughter’s development over the years.

– Debbie Asling

Training with Kailee has not only made me extremely fit but has changed my perspective on the way I train. The use of proper structural balance training allows athletes to reach their athletic potential and correct postural defects while gaining an education in high-level functioning of the human musculoskeletal system and becoming best-prepared for a healthy, productive athletic life. I have been working with Kailee for 3 years now and she truly strives to pass on her knowledge about what she is passionate about to athletes of all ages. During my soccer season I was the fittest I have ever been, and now, being in recovery from a previous knee surgery, my muscles have never been stronger than they have today because of Kailee and her Elite Fitness Development Programs.

3. Boxing/Self Defense

Boxing is one of the toughest sports around and athletes who cross train in boxing for other sports are renowned as being among the fittest athletes, requiring a combination of agility, speed, power, strength, coordination and, of course, mental toughness.

Boxing requires a sequential pattern whereby the foot, ankle, knee, and hip extend, and using the additional links of the kinetic chain (the trunk, shoulder, and arm) they then apply this force through the target. Boxing can increase an athletes skills through the use of explosive strength (rate of force development), and maximal strength. The goal is to develop high levels of strength, and apply this force in rapid time. The development sessions will also be working on upper body strength as well as core strength- because many of our body’s movements originates from our core, working toward improving its strength will enhance the athletes posture, spinal alignment, stability and more.
