When my friend Leanne asked me to join a women’s boot camp, my first response was “no thanks”, especially as I tend to avoid sweating at all costs. She convinced me to try it and after one time I was hooked. Kaylee is a dynamic teacher who switches up activities quickly so I’m never bored and by the time I’m tired (literally) of doing an activity, we’ve already moved on to the next. I also love how much activity is packed into an hour because you really feel like the time spent going to her gym is worthwhile. With Kaylee’s background in Kinesiology, my friend and I feel safe in how we are doing the exercises, which is pretty important when you are over 40. It’s quite amazing how strong and fit I am feeling after just 5 months. I always leave class energized and more positive than when I arrived. Thank you Kaylee for making exercise fun and effective and for motivating me beyond my expectations.

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with crohns disease. I struggled with lack of energy and getting all of the nutrients my body requires to function let alone train. After fainting during a group fitness class and the staff not being properly educated in this situation I stopped training. Having had this somewhat scary experience training I was apprehensive about getting back in the gym. My family has been training with Kailee for a year now. After seeing their results and learning that Kailee provides a safe and positive environment I bit the bullet and got back in the “gym”. Now months later I still attend 3 times a week and look forward to each session without fear. Kailee is a great motivator and challenges me to always strive past my personal boundaries. She takes into account my individual needs, incorporating flexibility, strength, posture, balance, endurance along with promoting a healthy eating regime.
